ITHINK WE CAN ALL AGREE THE WEATHER HAS BEEN PRETTY DIRE SINCE WINTER SUPPOSEDLY ENDED. WE’VE HAD WIND, RAIN AND LOW TEMPERATURES FOR THE TIME OF YEAR…

The up side is, with a change in the clocks everything is looking brighter with blooming daffodils and colourful tulips, even the birds are chirping annoyingly, I mean sweetly!

At this time of year, my thoughts turn to the wonderful produce available, and there is none better than Spring Lamb.  With the lambing season in full swing, we will be taking delivery of some of the very best there is to offer in milk fed lambs.  Such a delicacy, with it sweet and natural tenderness, packed full of flavour.
