All of our meat is traceable and documented, sourced from the finest local meat markets and respected local producers, resulting in top quality carcass beef, lamb, pork and chicken.  Our produce travels from all corners of the British Isles, as well as the EC, to meet the demands of all our customers.

We take exceptional pride in our produce, preparing all our sausages and burgers using only the finest ingredients.  Our succulent hams are also home cooked on our premises.
