Including our signature ‘Traditional’ Pork sausage, using some old fashioned ingredients such as mace & sage…they are by far the most popular.
We also make more contemporary flavours, such as; pork with sun dried tomatoes and basil, pork and leek, as well as hot and spicy pork. And more recently, we have added to our repertoire an exotic Moroccan lamb sausage.
Our aim is to fulfill the ever growing demands of the modern family, and with food intolerances and dietary requirements on the increase we have created a delicious ‘gluten free’ pork sausage. The flavours used are based on a North African recipe, which is rich and ever so slightly spicy, packed with wonderful quality meat. These are fast becoming our best sellers!
